As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal AEs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closures up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
What will you do?
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets in the US Market
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
Identify best practices to refine the company s lead generation playbook
Give demos of the product to potential customers and bring them to sales closure
Identify prospects needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Develop annual plans to manage, grow, and retain assigned account revenue and contractual relationships.
Investigate, qualify, pursue, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed revenue quota.
Develop, maintain, and expand account relationships through effective sales and marketing activities.
Use the Challenger-based selling approach to manage and successfully close complex sales opportunities.
Manage sales activities via CRM, build and manage active pipeline, submit accurate monthly forecasting
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
What you must have?
Bachelors or Masters degree with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant sales experience (US sales experience preferred)
Experience working with SMBs/ Enterprise Accounts in the US market
Positive attitude, high energy, passion, and a competitive spirit to win and close deals.
Open to work in US shift from office (Job Location - Gurgaon)
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
Prior experience as a sales professional with a track record of achieving sales quotes
