Job Description

As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal AEs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closures up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

What will you do?
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets in the US Market
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
  • Identify best practices to refine the company s lead generation playbook
  • Give demos of the product to potential customers and bring them to sales closure
  • Identify prospects needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Develop annual plans to manage, grow, and retain assigned account revenue and contractual relationships.
  • Investigate, qualify, pursue, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed revenue quota.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand account relationships through effective sales and marketing activities.
  • Use the Challenger-based selling approach to manage and successfully close complex sales opportunities.
  • Manage sales activities via CRM, build and manage active pipeline, submit accurate monthly forecasting
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

What you must have?
  • Bachelors or Masters degree with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant sales experience (US sales experience preferred)
  • Experience working with SMBs/ Enterprise Accounts in the US market
  • Positive attitude, high energy, passion, and a competitive spirit to win and close deals.
  • Open to work in US shift from office (Job Location - Gurgaon)
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
  • Prior experience as a sales professional with a track record of achieving sales quotes
