Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruitment Executive Location: Onsite at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely sourcing, filtering, and selection of candidates to meet organizational requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of different departments and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to manage recruitment documentation, scheduling, and communications effectively.
- Leverage Workday HR system for maintaining recruitment records, tracking candidate progress, and generating reports.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and compatibility with company culture.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Implement and manage onboarding programs to enhance new hire experience and organizational integration.
- Provide training and guidance to junior recruitment staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Workday HR systems.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and market trends.
- Fluent in English and preferable to have knowledge of local languages.
- Experience working in or knowledge of the local job market in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- Maintain a deep understanding of organizational hiring needs to develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Identify and execute effective sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels including online job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Build strong relationships with job seekers, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to build employer brand and pipeline potential candidates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage recruitment metrics to analyze performance and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Organize and conduct training sessions or workshops for hiring teams on recruitment tools and best practices.
