Job Title: PIA Expert


Qualification and Education Requirements:

  • Education- Graduation/HSC qualified.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Language required: English + Hindi Mandatory +2 Regional Language(Kannada, Telegu, Tamil)
  • Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
  • Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10PM).
  • Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be onweekday.

Note:

Languages-English +Hindi Mandatory+ 2 regional Language

WFH(Should have good internet speed(50mbps-100mbps), own laptop(good condition),

power back up

Call monitoring and providing actionable insight

Conducting quality audits

Monitoring trends

Technological Responsibilities

Training and coaching/Feedback

identifying employee performance gaps

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
