Location:- Goregaon East, IT Park

Key Responsibilities;

• Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders to obtain buy-in for requirements obtained.
• Good knowledge of Group Insurance
• Conduct periodic discussions with stakeholders with requirements
• Liase with IT project manager and get the required development done in system.
• End to end resolution approach
• Process documentation
• Exception handling

Education:- BE / B Tech / MCA

Work Experience:- 8+ Years

Other skill set:

• Experience in project management
• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills - verbal and written
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Attention to detail and accuracy
