Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to oversee
end-to-end financial processes for multiple clients in the education and EdTech sectors. The
ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A),
accounting operations, invoicing, reconciliation, and stakeholder management. You will play
a critical role in ensuring financial compliance, process efficiency, and data-driven decision-
making through financial automation and real-time dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Operations & Client Management
Lead financial operations across multiple client locations.
Monitor collections, accounts receivable, credit notes, expense tracking, and dues
reconciliation.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in coordination with the
central finance team.
Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards for real-time financial visibility
using Google Data Studio or equivalent.
Drive capabilities in fee management, compliance, controls, and reconciliations.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the client operations and finance
departments.
Coordinate with senior stakeholders including Central Finance, Business Heads, and
Client Leadership.
Prepare and deliver financial performance reports for internal and external
stakeholders.
2. Invoicing, Payouts & Operational Launches
Oversee the complete invoicing process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and statutory
compliance.
Lead client onboarding and operational launches, aligning all resources and SOPs for
success.
Validate payment files and ensure timely vendor payouts and stakeholder settlements.
Perform monthly analytics on credit periods, payables aging, and working capital cycles.
Publish detailed dashboards on ticketing systems, invoice rejections, and financial
health indicators.
Key Skills & Tools:
Tally ERP, SAP (basic), Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Data
Studio
Strong understanding of financial compliance, internal controls, and accounting principles
(GAAP/IFRS)
Experience in multi-location client finance management or shared service centers
Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage end-to-end finance operations efficiently
