Position Title: Travel BD International Market

Function: Business Development / B2B Sales Supply Domain
Industry: Travel / Hospitality / Vacation Rentals

CTC Range: 15 - 20 LPA
Location: Travel-based Role (International Market)


About the Role:

We are hiring for a Travel BD role in our Vacation Homes vertical, focused on driving B2B supply-side growth in international markets. The role requires managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while establishing deep relationships with Vacation Rental Agencies and growing our global partner network.

This is a travel-intensive position. The candidate must be ready to travel abroad frequently to build relationships, close deals, and develop referral pipelines. While in India, you will continue to coordinate with international partners, generate leads remotely, and convert them.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and close partnerships with vacation rental agencies and supply partners in international markets.
  • Present OYOs value proposition, conduct commercial negotiations, and sign home rental agreements.
  • Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline through outbound effortscalls, emails, social selling, and events.
  • Travel abroad as required to manage high-value deals, build rapport, and represent the brand.
  • Actively maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring ongoing collaboration and upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teamslegal, marketing, productto streamline onboarding and contract terms.
  • Leverage existing relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Track progress and report updates via CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 47 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in travel, hospitality, or vacation rental sector preferred.
  • Strong track record in international market handling, lead generation, and closing deals independently.
  • Comfortable managing complex negotiations and long sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Open to frequent international travel based on business demand.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
