Role Overview:

Seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead the Pre-Sales function within our Smart City division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in delivering innovative, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions tailored for Smart City initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, ensuring seamless integration of solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Develop integrated solutions encompassing IoT, smart infrastructure (ICCC and Data Centre), surveillance, networking, public safety, data security, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients and consultants, translating requirements into viable solutions.
  • Proposal Management: Oversee the creation of compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.
  • RFP/RFI/RFQ Handling: Manage the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals, Information, and Quotations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, and other partners to leverage their strengths in solution offerings.
  • Technical Presentations: Deliver impactful technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing solution benefits and capabilities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform solution development and positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

  • Awareness of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy in Urban Systems
