This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, develop compelling solutions, write engaging proposals and drive project acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and consulting skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a track record of success in presales, bidding or project acquisition roles.Key Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with Softobiz's expertise.
  • Prepare, discuss and finalize technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and alignment with company offerings.
  • Analyze client needs and design solutions that effectively address their challenges.
  • Lead presales activities, including technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and client discussions.
  • Proactively bid on projects via platforms like GEM, UNGM, Upwork, Freelancer, and similar to win contracts for the company.
  • Support the bidding and proposal process by providing detailed and persuasive documentation.
  • Navigate global and local procurement platforms to identify and secure project opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner for diverse audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance solutions and proposal processes.
  • Qualifications :Proven experience in a presales role within the IT services or digital transformation industry.Strong analytical and consulting skills to identify client needs and craft suitable solutions.Experience in bidding on international projects and handling global clients.Demonstrated success in consistently winning projects through bidding and achieving corporate targets.Proficiency in identifying bidding opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and successfully securing projects via platforms like GEM, UNGM, or similar.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.Prior experience in preparing technical proposals and leading presales activities.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering value and building trust.Proficiency in procurement and bidding platforms (e.g., GEM, UNGM) is an advantage.Strong technical understanding and familiarity with software development, cloud technologies, digital transformation services, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.Preferred :
  • Certifications or training in presales or bid management is a plus.
