What is this job all about?

As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role involves generating leads across multiple channels, understanding client requirements, identifying their pain points, and recommending the most suitable service offerings. You will respond to RFIs and RFPs, prepare compelling collaterals, and present solution benefits and business cases to drive conversations from initial qualification to final closure.

Technical

  • Must have - Lead Identification & Qualification, Industry Research, Cold Outreach (Email, Calling and LinkedIn), Networking, Need/Challenge identification, Collateral development and Negotiation
  • Good to have Figma, Microsoft365, Expertise working for US market, Marketing skills, UX Design and Software Engineering industry insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive approach to meet the set target.
  • Closure mentality and desire to earn incentives beyond the base salary.

Your job consists of


Strategic Thinking: Aggressively pursue prospects in the US using best practices and identify new opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.


Industry Expertise: Manage a pipeline of opportunities from lead generation activities, providing precise inputs from prospects for presentations, proposals, and POCs.


Creative Acumen: Create collaterals and presentations in collaboration with internal teams for clients and partners.


Analytical Skills: Gather and analyze inputs from prospects to enhance presentation, proposal, and POC development.


Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities.


Relationship Building: Build strong bonds with design, content, engineering, and digital marketing teams to support upsell and cross-sell efforts.


Adaptability: Operates with a sense of urgency, staying assertive to achieve targets while adapting to client and project needs.


Result-Oriented: Maintain a pipeline of opportunities, focused on reaching targets through both personal and company networks.


Problem-Solving: Provide precise and actionable inputs for presentations, proposals, and POCs to address client needs effectively.


Qualification

Bachelors in Business Administration or Management. MBA will be a plus.
