This role demands aggressive execution, data-driven decision-making, and end-to-end accountability in campaign success. Key Responsibilities:

Own the Growth EngineBuild and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies to drive high-quality leads and conversions.

Paid Ads PowerhouseLaunch and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Solve and ScaleIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and new opportunities, driving constant experimentation and innovation in ad strategies.

Full-Funnel MasteryDesign, test, and refine landing pages, email sequences, retargeting, and automation workflows to maximize conversions.

Data-Obsessed OptimizationAnalyze performance metrics, A/B test creatives and targeting, and pivot fast to improve CAC and LTV.

End-to-End OwnershipBe accountable for campaign execution, delivery, performance, and ROIno excuses, just results.

Market LeadershipStay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate & LeadWork cross-functionally with design, content, product, and leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Budget EfficiencyOwn and optimize marketing spend, ensuring every dollar delivers results.

Who You Are:

8+ years in performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments.

Proven track record of full ownershipbuilding, running, and scaling high-ROI campaigns from scratch.

Strong experience in managing clients or large campaign portfolios in an ad agency or client-facing marketing role.

Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.

Exceptional analytical skillsable to interpret data, identify insights, and drive quick strategic pivots.

Funnel optimizerdeep knowledge of landing page conversion, email automation, and retargeting strategies.

Fast executor & problem solverthrives in a high-performance, growth-focused environment.

Clear communicator & leadercan align marketing initiatives with business goals and rally teams for execution.
