Education: MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 Institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, MDI, IMT, TAPMI, etc.)

Role Overview:

As the Portfolio Head Sales at The House of Abhinandan Lodha, you will lead regional sales strategy, execution, and business growth across key metropolitan cities. You will manage premium portfolios, drive customer engagement, and ensure sustained revenue generation through high-performing sales teams and channel partners.


Key Responsibilities:


a) Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

  • Own and drive end-to-end sales performance across assigned cities/regions.
  • Define and implement quarterly/annual sales targets and channel strategies.
  • P&L Management

b) Team Leadership & Capability Building:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of high-performing Relationship Managers and Regional Sales Leads.
  • Drive a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous learning.
  • Distribution expansion scaling up from scratch.

c) Portfolio & Channel Management:

  • Manage existing portfolios and enhance channel effectiveness (direct sales, digital, and channel partners).
  • Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners aligned with HoABLs luxury positioning.

d) Customer Experience & Relationship Building:

  • Ensure a premium customer journey from lead generation to conversion and post-sale experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, and institutional buyers.

e) Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor competitor activity, consumer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Report key metrics to senior leadership and recommend tactical pivots.

f) Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to align on GTM plans and campaigns.
  • Contribute to product launches and territory expansion initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive sales experience in premium luxury FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, Edtech, lifestyle, or consumer tech sectors.
  • Proven success in scaling sales operations in metro markets.
  • Experience in leading sales teams, managing high-value portfolios, and exceeding aggressive targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Data-driven approach with solid business acumen and operational rigor.
