Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Verify Medical client's insurance information.
Verifying Transactions: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.

• Processing Transactions: Handling a high volume of transactions in a timely manner.
• Resolving Discrepancies: Addressing issues related to financial transactions.
• Reconciling Accounts: Preparing reports for management review.
• Accurately enter insurance data into the database
  
• Maintain Insurance Company database
  
• Maintain quality score
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
• Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behaviour, and dress code.
