Job Description
- Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to undertake and meet the process requirements and PMR plant operation and Goals ( These sample goals can be aligned, as required, to 3C + 2S during goal setting) Report and implement at least 2/month safety and near-miss observations Minimize SOP deviations. Operate PMR operations Suggest targeted 2 of workplace improvements and ensure at least 80% of these are implemented Minimize safety violations by implementing safety practices Role Requirements Minimum Education Requirement Diploma in Metallurgy / Chemical Experience (In Years) 5-7 Certifications Key Skills Required Communication skills to engage with the team and other departments. Ability to respond to emergencies / stressful situations Ability to enforce safety and discipline on the shop floor Ability to plan the jobs and perform task allocation by deciding priority Knowledge in PMR operations. Knowledge of Furnace, metal casting , process cycle time, cold doping, operation management, panel operation, lancing, gas scrubbing system, Pump operation, operations. PMR plant operations Key Responsibilities / Tasks / Activities PMR plant operation. Conduct tool box talk / safety / quality pep talk and allocate perform work allocation as per process plan. The role involves strict compliance of statutory stipulations and compliance of quality, safety, health and environment parameters as well as energy conservation in area under jurisdiction. To operate PMR operation equipments like TROF, SRF, GOLD CASTING, SILVER CASTING, GOLD-SILVER REFINERY Maintaining different furnaces cycle time. Maintain product quality as per customer need. Process is hazardous with corrosive, toxic emissions, minimizing emissions within PCB norms and meeting other environmental and safety norms. Shutdown JOB Observation of parameters and troubleshooting. Operation of Furnaces, Blower, pumps, Valve, cooling tower etc. Self-maintenance, House Keeping. Reporting to Shift engineer and Section head. Log sheet / check list data entry. Monitoring and maintain critical parameters. Willing to work in shift duty,
