    Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
    Department: Sales & Marketing
    Reports To: Sales Manager
    Location: Dwarka Sector 7, Ramphal Chowk, Delhi
    Working Days: 6 Days a Week
    Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
    Age Limit: Below 28 years
    Gender: Male/Female both can apply
    Languages Preferred: Hindi & English
    Salary: Up to 20,000 per month + Incentives (Up to 50,000 depending on performance)

     

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at Dwarka Sector 7, Ramphal Chowk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, converting potential clients, and promoting our products and services, particularly GST Franchisee solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, contact, and follow up with potential customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
    • Actively promote and sell the companys products and services, especially GST Franchisee offerings.
    • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing telesales calls professionally and confidently.
    • Maintain and update customer records and lead databases regularly.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
    • Prepare sales reports, performance updates, and presentations for internal management reviews.
    • Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support as required.
    • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customer needs.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
    • Persuasive, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
    • Strong listening and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Age must be below 28 years
