Position: Inside Sales

Location: Chennai - Work from office

Working hours: Night shift

Qualification: B.com, BBA, B.A, MBA, M.com, M.A & PGDM or any commerce course.

Fresher - Immediate joiner

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a fundamental role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via calls and emails.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Generate and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client information.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Skills:

• Cold calling and email marketing.
• Customer relationship management.
• Data entry and lead generation.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
