Job Title: Talent Mobility Analyst
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Job Description: Trianz is seeking a Talent Mobility Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and strategic insights into our talent management processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data related to talent acquisition, employee performance, and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps and recommend solutions.
- Support the design and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and career development.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent management to keep the organization competitive.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on talent management performance and trends.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in data analysis and reporting methodologies. Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in talent management, human resources analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and maintaining metrics and dashboards for talent management processes.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and talent management frameworks.
