Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will analyze HR metrics, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations that improve workforce efficiency, retention, and HR process effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR-related data (e.g., headcount, attrition, recruitment, compensation, training, and engagement).
  • Build dashboards and reports for key HR metrics and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Support HR initiatives with data insights and forecasting (e.g., workforce planning, diversity, and employee engagement).
  • Identify trends, correlations, and patterns in employee data to recommend improvements in HR strategies.
  • Maintain and audit HR databases and systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Support compliance reporting, internal audits, and data submissions for labor law and organizational requirements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data governance standards and documentation practices in HR.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts), and one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a good understanding of HR practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into meaningful insights.
