Job Title: Talent Mobility AnalystLocation: BangaloreJob Description:Trianz is seeking a Talent Mobility Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and strategic insights into our talent management processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret data related to talent acquisition, employee performance, and retention strategies.- Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps and recommend solutions.- Support the design and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and career development.- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to drive organizational effectiveness.- Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent management to keep the organization competitive.- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on talent management performance and trends.- Mentor and guide junior team members in data analysis and reporting methodologies.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, human resources analytics, or a related field.- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Experience in developing and maintaining metrics and dashboards for talent management processes.- Strong understanding of HR best practices and talent management frameworks.
