Job Description
The Selection Specialist is responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process. This role involves closely working with hiring managers, understanding the job requirements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the final selection of candidates. The Selection Specialist ensures that the best talent is hired in alignment with the organization's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
* Assist in defining selection criteria for various roles.
* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
* Use various sourcing methods to attract candidates (job boards, social media, networking).
* Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with Tech Panel and hiring managers
* Provide detailed screening feedback and recommendations to hiring managers. Required education
Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise * 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.* Experience in technical recruitment is a plus.
* Recruiting Experience in software skill/Cloud skill/ IT Infrastructure or F/O skill will be advantage for this role
* Strong understanding of selection techniques and tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. Preferred technical and professional experience NA
