Job Summary:
The Onboarding Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires or clients.
This role involves coordinating across departments, managing documentation, providing support, and ensuring compliance with onboarding policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees or clients.
Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding period.
Collect, verify, and manage necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Schedule induction sessions, trainings, and orientation meetings.
Collaborate with internal departments (IT, HR, Admin, etc.) to ensure all resources are prepared for the new joiner.
Track and update onboarding status using internal systems or software (e.g., HRIS, CRM).
Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to onboarding KPIs and progress.
Continuously improve onboarding processes based on feedback and trends.
Assist with policy updates, onboarding communications, and process documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
13 years of experience in operations, HR, or client success roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and onboarding platforms
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards
Experience in employee engagement or customer onboarding workflows.
Knowledge of process automation tools or systems integration.
