Junior Event Manager (2 Positions)
Locations: Bangalore and Delhi
Experience: 2-3 Years in handling end-to-end of events
Mode: On-site
Role Overview:
Join our growing events team as a Junior Event Manager to help plan, organize, and execute company events. Youll support logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management to ensure every event runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Support event logistics: registrations, scheduling, and attendee management.
- Help with event setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting on the day of the event.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams for event promotion and coverage.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Prior event management experience is a plus but not required.
