Graphic Designer @ FCI CCM

• Create impactful, cohesive, and aesthetically pleasing communication materials in various formats for publishing/circulating on digital, and print, platforms.
  
• Design various types of communication materials, including but not limited to, banners, posters, infographics, technical diagrams, e-books, newsletters, web pages, brochures & flyers, case studies, social media posts, backdrops, standees, and MS PowerPoint presentations.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collaterals and design outputs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into development processes.
  
• Effectively utilize design tools (eg Adobe Creative Suite, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
  
• Collaborate across teams to create impactful designs for promotional campaigns.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelordegree in graphic design or a related field.
  
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of works (as mentioned above), creativity, and originality.
  
• A good sense of marketing communication design and information design with sharp audience understanding is a must.
  
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) as we'll as Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint).
  
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  
• Familiarity with using Canva, Mid journey, and other generative AI tools to increase productivity.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into designs.
  
• Experience of working in both B2C and B2B marketing environments is desired.
  
• Agency background with BFSI project experience will be an added advantage.
  
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and calmly handle competing priorities with tight deadlines.
