ENH iSecure is looking to hire Sr Talent Acquisition Executive to be a part of the Talent Acquisition department. Sr Talent Acquisition Executive are tasked specifically with finding suitable candidates to fill positions within an organization. Focus primarily on acquiring talented candidates who will add value to the organization. Should have a network of contacts in the industry and understand how to use social media to attract suitable candidates for current and future posts.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to build a good relationship with candidates & Stakeholders.
  • Campus Recruitments (Engineering Colleges in AP, TS, Bangalore, and other regions)
  • End to End Recruitment process including Fresher Recruitment on/off-cam
  • Work with the hiring managers to pinpoint the company's exact hiring needs.
  • Flexible to travel if required for the campus drives.
  • Working on different Job portals and having end-to-end follow-ups.
  • Closing on all the hiring requirements based on the timelines.
  • Updating the internal Candidate Tracker, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), & requirement report on a daily basis.
  • 1Collecting, verifying & uploading the offer/necessary documents as per the documentation process and checklist.
  • Post Offer Follow up with the offered candidates till joining.
  • Sending the offer status report to the respective POCs as per defined timeline
  • Participate in recruiting & branding projects with social media, attend virtual networking events & career fairs, and network within industry associations.
  • Preparation of reports & dashboards related to recruitment by using pivot tables, charts & statistics using MS Excel.

Qualifications:

Must have skills:

  • Should have working experience on Cybersecurity roles (i.e. SailPoint Developer, CyberArk, OKTA etc.)
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on sourcing both IT and Non-IT profiles.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
  • 4+ years technical recruiting experience in both corporate and agency environments, with full lifecycle expertise in sourcing, interviewing, closing.
  • Experience in hiring through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Hirist etc.
  • Ability to proactively analyze recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues.
  • Ability to excel under pressure.

Time management skills and self-organization is critical.
