Job Roles & Responsibilities
Warranty/ Spare Parts/ AMC Claim settlement (Domestic)
a) Scrutinizing the settled claims for correctness & trends for identifying set-ups for audits.
b) Highlighting the major observations and glitches in the claims to the concerned teams; TMLBSL, SSH, CSM, Channel Partner & process owners on case-to-case basis
c) Guiding/Training Channel Partner for identifying the correct field codes, make codes, pay-out discrepancies; Material / labour value incorrectness.
d) Guiding the team in resolution of audit observation of warranty-related issues (any category) raised by various stakeholders (Dealers, TASSs, TML field team etc.)
e) Auditing workshops for AMC & FMS
f) Analysis/Verification of dealers request to credit difference amounts
wherever the claims are settled with incorrect values

- Audit report closures & Recovery.
Handling implications due to introduction of Service Tax
a) Handling the claim transmission errors/observations through data analysis by understanding the error and communicating/guiding the channel partners regarding the same
b) Guiding the dealers about the implications and the change process because of G.S.T. regulatory norms.
c) Analyzing the dump of customer / vendor financial accounts & identifying the problem area and taking up for resolution.-Prompt resolution
Audit Activities
a) Conducting the audits on Warranty/ AMC/FMS/ FSB process and claim settlement issues.
b) Taking up with concerned Channel Partners for discrepancy / process non adherence.
c) Taking up with SHQ & IT system teams for plugging gaps/ BRD for redesign & system locks.
d) Service process audits to ensure Policy & process adherence. -No. of Audits conducted Other Activities
a) To participate in SHQ meetings held with TMLBSL , CRM , IT Teams for revamping the AMC/FMS & Free Service system
b) To resolve the Channel Partners issues related to AMC/FMS & Free service matters referred by Tata Connect Teams
c) Participate in the AMC Policy and Procedure manual by giving inputs, reviewing, proof-reading etc.

Knowledge of Warranty/ AMC/ FMS/ FSB claim settlement process. Field knowledge at dealer workshops will be an added advantage.
Engineering / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical /ICWA
English & Hindi
4-5 years in field of AMC/Warranty claim settlement, Data analysis / Audit
