    • 2.      JOB PURPOSE:
    • Support Group Director in carry out various marketing strategies and tasks to generate sales growth & generate sales to meet target. Compiles, analyses and reports Marketing data, maintain client relationship. Also maximize sales through design, developing & implementing the marketing strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas. 
    • 3.      ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
    • CORE JOB AREA JOB REPOSIBILITIES
    • Market study and analysis          Study about Market Trends, collect data on upcoming projects - hospitals, villas, govt. projects, residences, Malls etc.          Carry out demographic surveys to identify potential customers         Timely market surveys on competitors price, product, brand, design, payment strategy etc.         Conduct surveys to determine possible reception of a new product by a target market         Monitor the performance of products in the market to modify marketing strategies where necessary.
    • Site Visit & Build clientele          Ensure & confirm appointment before visit to customers / dealers.         Arrangement of showroom visit for satisfying customer need.         Prepare directory of prospective clients.         Give cold calling, constant follow up with agents Architects, Builders, Contacts, Designers and Engineers.
    • Sales and Marketing          Support marketing team in the development of pricing strategies to set suitable prices for products.         Ensure company profile (website, printed profile, magazine), brand catalogues (e-catalogue), pricelist etc. at the time of appointment.         Ensure customer see our e-Catalogue & services         Build and promote strong, long         -lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs         Sell company's products by identifying leads,          Help clients to select brand & product finalization according to their needs.         Close sales, ensure & inform the payment terms and conditions, timely collection of trade payment.         Ensure the on time delivery for closed customer.         Provide customers with exceptional services during pre and post-sales support.          Coordinate with concerned department in complaint clearance.          Involve and also focus on digital and online marketing.          Focus & Achieve sales targets and collection target.         Oversee the activities of marketing teams to ensure assigned tasks and set goals are achieved.
    • Participation in exhibitions and events          Organize and attend company-wide and marketing events.         Support in Display Arrangements with DNE team.         New data collection and follow up after event.
    • Support Branding & Sales Promotions          Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing          Support in finding appropriate sites for hoardings.         Coordinate in gift distribution after promotional scheme achievement.
    • Project Co-ordination          Collect plans / designs from clients / dealers (kitchen, bathrooms, interior, claddings etc.),         Provide predesigned templates / plans to clients from Design & Execution team         Finalize products, materials with client and get updated designs from Design & Execution team.         Ensure displays and mockups are completed in the stipulated time.          Ensure Service charge collection for Design & Execution team, if required.
    • Report Preparation          Creates graphs, reports, and detailed data analysis using computer software.         Delivers reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations          Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
    • Customer Satisfaction & Service Availability          Maintain high customer satisfaction pre & post sales.         Provide 100% swift service availability to meet customer needs on incase of urgency.

    • 4.      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    •          Graduate /post-graduation / MBA In Marketing.         Proven 2 years experience as marketing executive.
    • 5.      SKILLS / BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
    •          Product marketing.         Relationship management skills.         Good teamwork skills with adaptability with ability to motivate and inspire the team members.         Attention to detail & good analyzer with an ability to resolve issues at the earliest.         Communication & Negotiation Skills.         Creativity & Commercial awareness.         Analytical skills.
