Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute planned outages and capital upgrades.
Allocate resources and monitor engineering budgets.
Evaluate new technologies (advanced rendering, robotic deboning) for pilot trials.
Enforce engineering standards (ISO, NFPA) and safety protocols.
Report project status and ROI metrics to Production Manager.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering plus 8-10 years in foodplant engineering.
Project-management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
Experience with CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and P&ID review.
Strong leadership and cross-discipline coordination skills.
Strong communication in English.
