What Youll Do
Partner Success is in a dynamic, collaborative team focused on the success of Avalaras implementation partners. Your role will be focused on training, coaching, enabling and supporting partners to implement Avalara solutions on the Oracle Clous platform. This role requires both technical and functional Oracle Cloud expertise, the ability to act autonomously to solve problems while also being a team player.
Minimum 6+ years of experience as Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Consultant and min 5-8 years experience in Oracle EBS Financials Techno-Functional Consultant.
Oracle Fusion/EBS Product Knowledge: Strong work experience and expertise in Oracle Fusion/EBS Financials, Oracle Fusion/EBS SCM (Supply Chain Management), Oracle Fusion/EBS Procurement and Oracle Fusion/EB Tax. Knowledge of the application s modules, features, and functionalities is crucial. Should be able to interpret functional requirements.
Technical Expertise: Strong programming skills in relevant technologies like Java, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, RESTful APIs, and web services. Ability to develop custom solutions, extensions, and integrations to meet specific business requirements.
Reports and Analytics: Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and other reporting tools. Thorough hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI and Data Models
Data Integration and Migration: Experience in data integration between Oracle Fusion applications and other systems and data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion. Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
Customization and Extensions: Ability to customize and extend Oracle Fusion applications using tools like Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle ADF, and Oracle Application Composer to tailor the software to meet unique business needs.
Security and Access Control: Knowledge of security models, user roles, and access controls within Oracle Fusion applications to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Performance Tuning and Optimization: Skills in diagnosing and resolving performance issues, optimizing database queries, and ensuring smooth operation of Oracle Fusion applications.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues, system errors, and integration challenges.
