Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Post job openings across relevant platforms and maintain an updated applicant tracking database.
- Participate in campus hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations
- Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure accurate completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee records including attendance, leaves, and other essential HR data.
- Assist in payroll coordination and monthly HR compliance processes.
- Support internal HR audits and help refine documentation and processes.
