Job Title: Lead - L&OD
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Work From Office)
Key Responsibilities:
A. Organisation Development (OD) -
1. Design & Drive OD Interventions
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement Organization Development initiatives to drive change, enhance culture, and improve team effectiveness.
- Lead interventions such as change management, team alignment, leadership effectiveness, and structural design.
- Conduct diagnosis studies (surveys, feedback mechanisms, internal audits) to identify development areas and recommend action plans.
2. Support Strategic Talent Management Initiatives
- Work closely with the Talent Management Head in the execution of talent strategies such as succession planning, career paths, high-potential programs.
- Strengthen ongoing interventions like 30/60/90 Days Feedback, Exit Feedback, and Buddy Program across all locations.
- Introduce and execute innovative OD initiatives time to time, that strengthen talent engagement, accelerate development, and improve retention.
3. Organisational Design and Change Management
- Support Org. Structure re-designs and workforce planning initiatives in line with business evolution and strategic imperatives.
- Facilitate communication and engagement programs to align employees with change and enhance adaptability.
4. Analytics and Insights
- Build metrics and dashboards to track OD effectiveness, engagement levels, attrition trends, and change impact.
- Create detailed MIS reports and strategic insights for management on workforce readiness and development gaps.
B. Learning & Development (L&D)
1. Design and Deploy Training Strategy
- Develop annual and quarterly training plans aligned with business goals and competency frameworks.
- Curate technical, behavioural, managerial, and compliance training modules across project sites and corporate offices.
2. Lead Training Delivery and Evaluation
- Manage delivery of programs through internal trainers, external partners, and digital platforms.
- Facilitate induction programs, values workshops, and cross-functional orientation sessions for all new joiners.
3. Digital Learning Enablement
- Manage the implementation and utilization of Learning Management System (LMS) and digital content platforms.
- Promote adoption of e-learning, self-paced learning, and continuous development culture across locations.
4. Leadership & Capability Development
- Identify and develop HiPo (High Potential) employees through Management & Leadership Development Programs (MDPs/LDPs).
- Coordinate with external institutes and partners (IIMs, XLRI, SHRM, ISTD etc.) to enable upskilling and leadership skill development opportunities.
5. Compliance, Evaluation & Reporting
- Monitor and ensure timely execution and attendance of mandatory training.
- Track effectiveness of learning through feedback tools, ROI analysis, knowledge assessments, and behavioural observation.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Proven ability to design and implement OD and Learning interventions across diverse geographies.
- Hands-on experience in OD, L&D administration and digital learning platform (LMS).
- Strong project management and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of psychometric tools, competency frameworks, and instructional design.
- Expertise in talent diagnostics, data analysis, and reporting.

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION
- MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDHR from a reputed institution.
- Additional certifications in OD, Instructional Design, or Digital Learning (e.g., ISTD, SHRM, ATD, or similar) preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 10 15 years of relevant experience in a mid-to-large scale organization with exposure to both OD and L&D.
- Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, EPC, or geographically dispersed organizations preferred.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Demonstrated success in driving OD and L&D strategies.
- Strong alignment with business priorities and ability to build partnerships across departments.
- Prior experience in leading training rollouts across functional and leadership levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Terms:
- Time-off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 21 Days off if posted in Lagos, 6 months ON 30 days OFF, if posted in Plant/Site. & subsequently followed by every 6 months once (with International & Domestic air ticket provided by the company)
- Workdays & Hours Six and half days work
- First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle (Ex: If you join in July, you will get first month salary in September then after that every month you will get regularly)
