Role: Senior - Last Mile Exp:2 - 4 years Location:Hyderabad Key Responsibilities:New Route Creation:New Last Mile potential routes are to be figured out and launched smoothly giving the best last mile experience. Pnl:Manage the Pnl of the launched routes. Team Hiring:Hire executives to manage the operations and help onboard the supply. Team Supervision:Supervise and support executives. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high service and operational efficiency standards. Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints related to trip operations. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions. Operational Efficiency: Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth execution of trips. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Supplier Management: Onboard the suppliers for the last mile services. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure best service quality. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze last-mile reports, performance metrics, and customer feedback. Use insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all trips adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
