Role - International (UK) & (US) Business Development Executive

Open Positions - 2
Salary - BDE Up to 35k CTC
BDM Up to 50k CTC
UK Shift - 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM (IST)
US Shift - 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (IST)
Location = Ahmedabad

Role Summary:
You will be instrumental in our goal of building lasting partnerships with 24 recruitment agencies
annually. This involves using strategic outreach to C-suite executives, Owners, Managing
Directors, and Senior decision-makers. Our unique value lies in a structured approach that
combines targeted engagement, sector-specific expertise, and case studies that demonstrate our
success in driving agency growth.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Desired Role
Bachelor's/ masters degree in Any Field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Willingness to travel as needed.
