We are seeking a passionate and driven Market Development Executive to promote and expand our footprint in the automobile engine oil and lubricants segment. This role involves identifying market opportunities, onboarding new clients, and driving sales growth by developing a solid dealer/distributor network in the assigned region.
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers, workshops, and service centers.
Promote and sell engine oils, lubricants, and automotive fluids to targeted customers.
Conduct daily field visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Educate clients on product usage, benefits, and applications.
Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends.
Organize and conduct product demos, branding, and local promotional activities.
Build strong, long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Submit regular sales reports, updates, and insights to management.
13 years of relevant experience in engine oil/lubricant sales or automobile aftermarket sales.
Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Automobile Engineering, or any related field.
Deep understanding of automotive service markets, including 2W/4W segments.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and be open to extensive field travel.
Basic proficiency in English and fluency in the local language.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
