Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Engineer with 6 years of experience to join our team.

Requirements:

Coordination and follow with Vendors for SLM setup related documentation loading.
Familiarity with SSRS to be raised for VM creation/ VM un-block as per SABIC s instruction.
Coordinate with Supplier and GSRM team for any VM changes and Modification and maintain the tracker.
Expertise in carrying out RFQ to vendors as SABIC s instructions.
Experience in completing the Cost Comparison sheets.
Collect justification forms belonging to Single source/ Sole source from the users.
Familiarity to punch PO in FANAR + and SAP.
Send PO copy to supplier Where PO delivery email is not available in SAP.
Receive order acknowledgement from vendors.
Consolidate and share PO based Invoice disputes
Advance request forms to be filled as per the instruction.
Receive the Proforma Invoice and BG from the supplier as per instructions.
Update Tax Code on PO to be amended as per the instructions.
