Investment Banking/ Capital Markets experience

Gap analysis / coming up with the problem statement (qualitative & technical;)

Develop different options / assess the options (Pros and cons)

Expand on the chosen solution option ---> flesh it out in detail

Implement the change / change management skills

Communication (oral and presentation)

Preferred but not mandatory - data domain expertise, particularly Record Keeping (Retention law, Records keeping standards)
