Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven MBA HR graduate with a specialization in recruitment to join our team as an IT Recruiter. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. Requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across various levels.
- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions.
- Maintain candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and assist with onboarding processes.
- Stay updated on market trends in IT hiring and proactively build talent pipelines.

- MBA in Human Resource Management (preferably with a focus on recruitment).
- Internship or prior experience in IT recruitment is a plus. Benefits
