Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Asset Store Executive responsible for managing the end-to-end IT Asset Lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with ITIL processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceDesk Plus tools and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete IT Asset Lifecycle including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Maintain and update the IT Asset database using ServiceDesk Plus or similar asset management tools.
- Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes as per ITIL standards.
- Track, audit, and report IT hardware and software inventory regularly.
- Ensure compliance with asset management policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Coordinate with the Service Desk and other IT teams for asset allocation and troubleshooting.
- Support audits by providing asset records and reports as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve asset-related issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within IT Asset Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management.
- Proficient in using ServiceDesk Plus for asset management.
- Solid understanding of ITIL concepts, specifically IMAC processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
