Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HCL Commerce and Elastic Search. Experience in Data Governance is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will contribute to our projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using HCL Commerce and Elastic Search.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best practices are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Ensure that all development work adheres to the companys standards and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document technical specifications and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in HCL Commerce and Elastic Search.
- Have a good understanding of Data Governance principles and practices.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Display a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
- Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Show familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.
- Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Show a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
