Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our SDR (Sales Development Representative) team. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in managing outbound sales development for IT services and have a strong understanding of modern outbound strategies across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
You will work closely with the VP-Sales and BDMs to execute lead generation campaigns and ensure consistent pipeline contribution. This is a leadership role that combines people management with operational rigor we expect the manager to guide the team with practical insights and drive outcomes through disciplined execution and team enablement.
