Human Resources Management: Overseeing staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management of healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, laws, and quality standards set by government agencies and accrediting bodies. Patient Care Coordination: Collaborating with clinical teams to optimize patient care, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the patient experience. Facility Management: Managing the day - to - day operations of healthcare facilities, including maintenance, security, and equipment procurement. Health Information Management: Overseeing the collection, storage, and management of patient health records and medical data while ensuring patient privacy and data security. Quality Improvement: Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare services, patient safety, and clinical outcomes. Community Engagement: Building relationships with patients, families, and the community to promote healthcare services and address public health concerns.
