Responsibilities
Onboarding
Manage end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate induction sessions and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
Audit Compliance
Perform regular audits of HR documentation and records for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure 100% compliance on all processes.
Act as a checker to ensure all employee-related documents are updated and aligned with company policies.
Learning Development (LD)
Manage and maintain the LD portal, ensuring smooth access and usage.
Support the Training Needs Identification (TNI) process in collaboration with team leads and department heads.
HR MIS Reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly HR dashboards, metrics, and reports (headcount, attrition, engagement, etc).
Share relevant data-driven insights with stakeholders to support decision-making.
Employee Offboarding
Own the end-to-end offboarding process including documentation, knowledge transfer, and exit interviews.
Maintain and regularly update offboarding trackers to ensure timely closure.
Talent Branding
Lead employer branding efforts on Instagram and other platforms.
Execute campaigns and initiatives to enhance the company s brand as an employer of choice.
Rewards Recognition (RR)
Coordinate timely execution of employee rewards and recognition programs.
Ensure employees receive recognition for performance, milestones, and contributions.
Performance Management
Drive monthly 1:1 check-ins and facilitate quarterly feedback cycles.
Support the documentation and tracking of goal management process.
HRMS Employee Data
Update job-related transactions including promotions, transfers, and exits on the HRMS
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and trackers.
Requirement
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in a tech or health-tech environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, data reporting, and social media platforms.A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A strong learning mindset with a willingness to adapt, grow, and continuously improve HR practices in a dynamic environment
