Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Servicing / Troubleshooting

• Ensure proper installation and commissioning of burners / boilers (Oil and Gas)
• Ensure quick and first time resolution of problems in burners /boilers with minimum supervision
• Ensure excellent quality of service delivery as per the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to maximize customer satisfaction
• Maintain records of work done for clients
• Constantly upgrading knowledge on technical aspects of burners / boilers including commissioning / servicing / problem solving
• Ability to understand technical drawings
• Familiar with boiler instruments and controlling system

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E. / Diploma in Electrical.
• Experience in Control Panel
• Prior Experience in Burner/Boiler will be added advantage
• Able to read and understand product manuals and troubleshooting procedures
• Able to understand client requirements and take necessary measures
• Willing to travel extensively
• Willing to work in night shifts in case of any urgency
• Very good language abilities in English and local language
