Reporting
The SA will ensure that the Marketing Director receives updates on leads that are not in compliance with SLA s . Other reports are to be produced for other stakeholders. The SA will also be able to maintain our tabulation of Customer Lifetime Value.
Team GPS Self-Serve
The SA will triage or resolve all issues with respect to the automated self-service GPS deals, including disputes, technical errors, billing errors, etc.
Reconciliation
Any reconciliation between data in HS, Q uick B ooks and the PSA should be done by the Sales Administrator.
Post-Events
Uploading lists into HubSpot , associated scoring, lead routing, and report ing . Coordinating with Marketing to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of SalesLoft cadences and their respective obligations / SLAs .
Other Duties
If there is additional free time, preparation of L10 metrics, prepping lists ( i.e. for Jon), the Campaign Review metrics and assisting with manual handling of MQLs and serving as the Turtl librarian (creating and deprecating variations for the sales team).
