Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Recruiter with experience in technical hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various IT domains including Java Development, SAP, DevOps, Software Engineering, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles including Java Developers, SAP Consultants, DevOps Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Software Engineers
  
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and project needs
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment networks
  
• Conduct initial screening, assess technical aptitude, and schedule interviews with technical panels
  
• Maintain talent pipelines and engage passive candidates for future hiring needs
  
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback, and offer negotiation
  
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates
  
• Track and report recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in any related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  
• Strong understanding of IT technologies including programming languages (Java, Python), ERP systems (SAP), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps tools.
