Maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conducting, scheduling, and coordinating interviews via phone or in-person
Understanding the recruitment timeliness, revenue implications, quality focus, market availability
Sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates from various portals
Conducting preliminary telephonic interviews to understand candidates competencies
Serving as a contact person for questions from candidates. Other requirements
Should have the ability to take ownership and manage hiring for multiple positions
Should have minimum bachelor s degree required
Should have effective communication skills
Should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Should have the experience working with Microsoft Office suite
Should have high energy and passion
Should have demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Should have hands-on experience in sourcing using different portals, networking, and referral
