Job Title: Siebel Technical Lead (Client-Facing Role)
Domain: Enterprise CRM, ideally in Private Equity, Financial Services, or Healthcare
Role Overview
We are seeking a Siebel Technical Lead who brings deep technical expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM and demonstrates exceptional client communication skills. This role demands the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, lead solution design, and guide development teams while serving as the primary interface for client stakeholders.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role suited for professionals who can balance technical depth with high-impact communication and stakeholder management.
Required Skills and Experience
Siebel CRM Expertise:
- 710 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and architecture.
- Deep experience with Siebel Tools, Open UI, Workflows, Business Components, eScript/Browser script.
- Solid understanding of Siebel Data Model and EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager).
- Experience with Siebel version upgrades and patch management.
- Hands-on with Siebel Configurations, Integration Objects, and Runtime Events.
Integration & Architecture:
- Experience integrating Siebel with third-party applications via EAI, MQ, REST/SOAP, Oracle SOA Suite, or other middleware.
- Familiarity with cloud integration scenarios or Siebel to Salesforce transition strategies (a plus).
Communication & Leadership:
- Exceptional communication skills able to articulate technical designs to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in client-facing roles, driving workshops, demos, and technical discussions.
- Proven ability to lead offshore/onshore development teams.
- Ability to write clear documentation, design specs, and present complex ideas succinctly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Oracle Siebel certification (developer or consultant) is a plus.
- Experience working in Private Equity, Financial Services, or Life Sciences domain.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery models.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Snowflake, or data governance tools is an added advantage.

- Confident, assertive, and capable of owning delivery in high-pressure environments.
