About The Role

Availability for US shift timings (8:00 PM IST to 5:00 AM IST)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to clearly explain processes to clients

Expertise in invoice processing, consistently maintaining 100% accuracy and meeting TAT deadlines.

Strong accountability and ownership of tasks

Proficiency in preparing vendor statement reconciliations and clearing open items. Especially, articulating the issues and challenges during the client calls
