  • About The Role Key Responsibilities:Event & Webinar Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy, including virtual webinars, in-person conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Plan, organize, and host webinars, ensuring seamless execution from promotion to follow-up.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue/vendor selection, speaker coordination, registrations, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to align event content with business objectives.

    • Marketing & Promotion:
  • Create event marketing plans to drive registrations and attendance through email campaigns, social media, paid promotions, and partnerships.
  • Optimize event/webinar landing pages, registration processes, and follow-up communications.
  • Leverage data and analytics to refine promotional strategies and improve attendance rates.

    • Technology & Platform Management:
  • Select and manage webinar and event platforms (Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues before and during events to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Implement interactive features such as polls, Q&A, and breakout sessions to enhance audience engagement.

    • Post-Event Analysis & Optimization:
  • Collect and analyze event metrics (attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI).
  • Develop post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to nurture and convert event-generated leads.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, webinar production, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar, Webex, etc.).
  • Experience with event marketing, audience acquisition strategies, and lead generation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with speakers, sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing event performance and optimizing for success.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus.
