The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles. Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications
