We are hiring experienced professionals for our International Voice Process Customer Support team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a voice-based international customer support role. Immediate joiners who thrive in a fast-paced, global work environment are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional support
  • Deliver accurate information regarding products and services
  • Effectively manage customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately=
  • Achieve and maintain performance targets such as call quality, response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice-based customer support role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • Typing speed of 30-35 WPM with 80+accuracy
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
