Responsibilities
Utilize network, company contact database, LinkedIn, cold calling, email, messaging services and social media to generate new qualified sales opportunities
Identify prospect s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Represent our company s products and services
Research the market to identify how our solutions meet industry needs within various market segments
Generate leads and build relationships by discovering and nurturing prospects in identified market segments
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
Identify best practices to continuously re-define the company s lead generation playbook
Experience Required
bachelors degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business management preferred
At least 2 years of market research / sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
Strong communication skills via phone and email giving you the ability to instantly connect with decision makers and influencers at prospects
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Proficiency with Sales pipeline management software
Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of regularly (over)achieving quota
Motivation to prove yourself and move up within the sales organization
